Introduction
House of Kotwara provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit, book an appointment or service or shop at www.houseofkotwara.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any of our current or future service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with us, whether or not included in our policy, you will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

The policy does not apply to the procedures and practices followed by entities that are not managed, owned, or controlled by House of Kotwara LLP or to the people that are not engaged, employed, or managed by House of Kotwara LLP.

Right to Change
House of Kotwara reserves the sole right to unilaterally update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms every time you book an appointment or visit our store.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours prior to your booked appointment.
Purchase and Ordering Policy: Ready-to-Wear

Products are only available with 100% payment at place of order/purchase.

Complementary size alterations may be available depending on the type and design of the product.

If the purchased product has been delivered to you without an in-store fitting trial, complementary size alterations of purchased products may be requested up to 7 days from the date of receiving the delivered product. These size alterations may be available depending on the type and design of the product.

Depending on our Collection Colour Palette for a particular product, alternative colours may be available upon request.

Minor Design Customisations, for example - changing of neckline, sleeve length, garment length, etc. may be available depending on the type and design of the product. These types of customisations are chargeable and subject to availability.

All customisation and alteration work will only be commenced once we receive written and signed approval from the purchasing customer.

Product pricing is subject to change at our discretion.
Returns and exchanges: Ready-to-Wear

All sales of Ready-to-Wear products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-eligible for store credit.
Purchase and Ordering Policy: Couture

Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement is compulsory for the initiation of a couture order process, regardless of whether an order is finalised.

Upon commencement of a couture order process a non-refundable 50% advance based on the estimate of final sale price payable by the purchaser. The remaining balance from the first estimate is payable upon the garments first fitting trial.

Since couture orders are highly customised, we take pride in taking client inputs and fulfilling our client desires. The initial final sale price is an estimate, and the actual final sale price may vary depending on customisation updates per client requests. All customisation updates will be documented, and the required action will only be commenced upon once a written and intimation is received from the purchasing client.

The initial final sales pricing is an estimate and is only valid for up to 3 months.
Returns and exchanges: Couture

All couture orders are non-eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
